Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap "Transfer tickets" within your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID from your purchase, the unique code that appears in your confirmation email or in the Fever app. You can also check if this option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if the "Change date and/or time" button appears, tap it and follow the on-screen instructions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, check our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation, available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience begins; just contact us. Keep in mind that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on visibility level. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, within the zone you chose when purchasing your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Yes, all attendees must be 8 years or older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
No. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can settle into your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the concert begins, and out of respect for the artists and the audience, entry is not permitted once it has started.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caregiver?
Yes. Attendees who need support during the experience can request a free pass for their companion or caregiver. Contact us and send us proof justifying the need; we'll give you a coupon to get the free caregiver ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Upon entry, you must present the regular ticket along with the caregiver ticket.
Will there be food and drinks for sale?
No, there will be no food or drinks for sale at this event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece, without flash and when indicated by the musicians.
What temperature will it be at the concert?
We do everything possible to maintain a pleasant environment, but the temperature may vary depending on the time of year. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing to comfortably enjoy the experience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect the experience (change of location or rescheduling), we'll notify you in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the venue, but service dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking?
No, the venue does not have parking, so we recommend not arriving by car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
