The show takes place at the Freiheitshalle München (Rainer-Werner-Fassbinder-Platz 1, 80636 München, access via Erika-Mann-Straße).
How do I get to the venue?
Donnersbergerbrücke: RB55, RB56, RB57, RB58, S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8; Donnerbergstraße: Tram 16, 17 and N17; München Donnersbergerbrücke: Bus S8; Donnersbergerstraße: Bus 53, 63 and 153
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be purchased separately before the show. Food will not be available.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a car park?
Limited spaces are available in the car park under the Donnersbergerbrücke.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, there are toilets. Please ask the staff on site.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights will be used.
Can I leave my jacket at the venue?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on site for 3€ per jacket. Taking your jacket into the performance room is not permitted.
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Once you have bought your ticket (it is important that you hold a valid ticket before requesting the free ticket), please contact us for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to give your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed it yet, you can easily download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
