About the experience
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Distribution will be done on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
How do I vote?
To cast your vote, simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue. This will take you directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically — if yours doesn't, we recommend downloading Google Lens or using a third-party QR scanner. A member of our on-site staff can also help.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes which may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation. Performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
About your tickets
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Click 'Transfer Tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help — include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or via the 'Exchange date and/or time' button in the Tickets section of the Fever app, if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, by contacting us. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is for people 12 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts, and will close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to respect the performers and other guests.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverages at this event. We're happy to offer vegan and gluten-free options!
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
