Where is the experience taking place?

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (fair visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download from the App Store or Google Play), signed in with the same method you used to buy — no printing needed. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
If you selected this add-on, you can request a full refund (no documentation needed) by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you hold a valid ticket, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How long is the show, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts to be seated in your zone — the concert begins on time and, out of respect for the performers, latecomers cannot be admitted once it has started.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, please stay seated for the duration except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
Is there food and drink available?
There's no food served at the venue, but there is a full-service bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes — the Hilton Milwaukee parking garage (2nd floor, connects to the hotel) is $38/day with no valet available. Alternatively, the Wells Street Parking Garage (330 W Wells St) is a 5-minute walk from the venue and costs $15 for 2 hours.
