Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

About the venueSanctuary Church Birmingham

Sanctuary's building is an English Gothic structure with gargoyles over the front stoop and historic and deep roots in Birmingham. The church was dedicated in 1929 and is constructed of Indiana limestone and adorned with classic architecture and structural details that are both beautiful and serve as reminders of craftsmanship and community.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us with supporting documentation once you've purchased yours.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No food or beverage is available at this event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?
There is street parking as well as several nearby parking ramps, including one at 333 N Old Woodward Ave.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
The concert is held at Sanctuary Church Birmingham, 300 Willits St, Birmingham, MI 48009. You can drive or take public transport — the closest bus stop is W Maple Rd + Bates (Bus 780).
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance; photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and latecomers won't be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for attendees' safety, all candles used are flameless.
