Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances outside the Flexible Refund Ticket option; see our T&Cs for more information.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). Standard tickets are not refundable, though date/time changes are allowed as above.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last and when do doors open?
The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts; we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone, since the concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
No food is served at the venue, but there is a full-service bar on site.
Is there parking available?
Yes. The 2nd floor of the Hilton Milwaukee parking garage connects directly to the hotel ($38/day, no valet). Alternatively, the Wells Street Parking Garage (330 W Wells St) is a 5-minute walk from the venue and costs $15 for 2 hours.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my companion or caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please keep your phone on silent for the rest of the performance.

Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so our team can do its best to seat you together.

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final sale.
