Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last and when should I arrive?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Where does the experience take place?

Indoors, with assigned seating, at the Aula Maxima chapel, in the North Wing of the Quad at University College Cork. The venue's main entrance is on College Road.

Is there food or drink available?

No, food and drink are not permitted on-site.

Is parking available?

Public parking is available around the grounds. The closest visitor car parks are on Perrott's Avenue, beside Hayfield Manor.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us for more information.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance for any particular accessibility needs.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
