Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets range from Zone A, the premium seats closest to the stage, to Zone E, the furthest from the stage. Your seat is assigned within the zone you purchased, on a first-come, first-served basis once you arrive.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes, the minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

No, food and drinks are not available at this venue, and outside food or drinks are not permitted.

Is parking available?

Yes, street parking is available near the venue.
