Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are refunds allowed? What's the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and include the ID of the ticket associated with your purchase. You can also check whether this option is available by looking at your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps shown to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Simply tap "Transfer ticket" from your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further help, and remember to give us your ticket ID number.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can see your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying your ticket. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to arrive on time for my session?
Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start of the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so that we can seat you in the category you booked. The show will start on time. The audience must be seated before the show begins. If you are late, we cannot guarantee access to the room, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other audience members.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age to take part in the experience. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is accessible to strollers.

This show is an immersive courtroom drama in which you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse the testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the defendant in this theatrical event.

There will be no food or drinks on sale inside the room. However, the hotel has a restaurant and lounge bar that will be happy to welcome you.

A large free car park with 300 spaces is available in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will add other dates. Please check the event page for information on availability and confirmed dates and times.
Is there virtual reality?
This experience does not offer a virtual reality option.

There is no set dress code for this experience. Casual attire will do.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Although the performers will captivate and involve the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show just by watching and enjoying it!
Is there any sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may address mature themes that may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injuries and/or emotional manipulation. Please note that the performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There is no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased from the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
You can book for a group up to the number of tickets our app or website allows you to purchase (subject to availability). It is not possible to make a special group booking for this event.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on the event premises. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us and send us all supporting documents once you have purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request). Please request a Category A seat for your companion if you would like to sit next to them.
