How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 75 to 90 minutes.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
No, drinks cannot be purchased during the experience.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Yes, your ticket includes 4 themed cocktails.

No, there will be no strobe lights.

No, seats are not numbered. They are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone purchased with your ticket.

Yes! Mocktails are available. During the experience, menus will be available to scan so you can check allergens and dietary restrictions. Please let our staff know when you arrive so they can cater to your needs.

You don't need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your email when you arrive at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not permitted. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private sessions or large groups, please see the group bookings link on this page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR code ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can get it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
