Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code will also be in your purchase confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

There are 6 zones, ranging from the best possible visibility to fair visibility.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our T&Cs.

The venue is located on Cathedral Square and can be accessed via Henrietta St.

No, there is no bar on-site.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?

There are a number of public car parks and on-street parking within a 5 minute walk of the Cathedral.

Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Are the candles flammable?

For the safety of all attendees, all candles used will be flameless.
