Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID, or check if the exchange option is available directly in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation add-on, which can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
