Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to accommodate you.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers cannot be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured we'll notify you by email in advance.

Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
