The event takes place at an outdoor park with narrow or uneven ground in some places, on a natural hillside — we strongly recommend dressing for light outdoor activity.

No — your ticket and QR code are available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, or in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance via the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, when enabled. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

This event is recommended for adults and children over 4 years of age; the experience takes place at night and involves trekking about one mile through natural, uneven terrain.
