What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused's fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within the section you selected.
How do I vote?
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue - this takes you directly to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, try Google Lens or a third-party QR scanner. Staff on site can also help.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes. Our experiences may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record after the final verdict. Please avoid flash and be mindful of others and the performers.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket in the app or via email upon arrival.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Best Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), and Accessible seating for wheelchair users (Good visibility).
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to another date/time are permitted up to 48 hours before the event start, based on availability - contact us directly to change your ticket.

Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue - all tickets must be purchased via the app or feverup.com before arrival.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge - tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us for help, including your order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Find your QR code ticket in the Fever app under Tickets, logged in with the account used to purchase. Contact us if it's still missing.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for 1 free Personal Assistant/Support worker pass after purchasing a valid ticket, by contacting us with supporting documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, sight-impairment evidence, CredAbility Access Card, or Assistance Dog ID).
