Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Please arrive before it starts so you can be seated within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: to respect the musicians and the rest of the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
