Enjoy an indulgent afternoon. Start with a delicious glass of fizz on arrival at 11.00am. Before lunch you’ll be greeted with a glass of crémant or Champagne. Your superb 3 course lunch will be served at 1pm along with six tasting glasses of specially matched wines, two for the starter, main and dessert. The menu is created by Michelin Guide listed chef Eric Moreau. Expect modern twists on classics such as Pineapple Crème Brûlée, as well as his signature dish Chicken 63 Degrees- slow cooked, deliciously moist and tender chicken.
