About the venueCarver Theatre
The Carver Theatre, fully equipped with state-of-the-art technical capabilities, is an ideal venue for performances, concerts, screenings, and forums. With a seating capacity of 452, or 460 including accessible options, we provide a comfortable and engaging environment for every audience. The stage has an occupancy of 80 people.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, contact us for more information.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app by tapping “Transfer Tickets”.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and, out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected on site at the time of your event, at the designated location. As they're tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up; all sales are final.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
