About the venue Liberty Station

Liberty Station served as the Naval Training Center (NTC) from 1923 to 1997, where 1.75 million Navy recruits and 1 million A and C school sailors were trained during its 70 years of operation. Today, Liberty Station has been transformed into a 361-acre, historic all-in-one hub featuring shopping, dining, art, entertainment, and history and is a center for commerce, education, and the arts.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app and in your confirmation email.

What are the opening hours?

The village is open Nov 27, 2026 to Jan 3, 2027. Monday–Friday: 3–9 PM. Saturday: 11 AM–10 PM. Sunday: 11 AM–9 PM. Christmas Eve: 11 AM–6 PM.

Do I need to arrive at the start time of my ticket?

Please arrive at your ticket time or within 30 minutes after it.

Are refunds allowed? Can I change my date?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can change your date at least 48 hours before your session.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, tickets can be transferred for free.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes. For large groups or private events, contact us through the Fever help centre.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Parking is available throughout Liberty Station on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can buy guaranteed parking in the Fever app. Because of holiday traffic, we recommend public transport or rideshare: MTS Bus Routes 28 and 923, or the Green or Blue Trolley to Old Town Transit Center, then Route 28.

How long does the experience last?

Guests spend about 90 minutes on average, but you're free to stay longer.

Is it indoors or outdoors? What happens if it rains?

It's mostly outdoors. The Raclette Chalet and the Photos with Santa building are indoors. Evenings near the ocean can get cool after sunset, so dress in layers. If the weather forces a cancellation, we’ll email the address on your Fever account, so check your spam folder too.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes, food and drinks are sold on site, with vegan and gluten-free options. The village is cashless.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the village is wheelchair accessible and has seating areas for breaks. Carer tickets are available on request.

Is the experience suitable for children?

Yes, it's an experience for all ages and it's stroller-friendly. Children 3 and under can attend for free; all other guests need their own ticket.

Can I bring my pet?

Service animals are always welcome, and well-behaved pets are permitted.

How do Photos with Santa work?

Santa portraits are available Nov 27–Dec 20, Friday to Sunday, 1–7 PM, and are included with your purchase of the "Santa Photos" add-on. No separate booking is needed. Your Santa slot starts with your entry time and runs for up to 30 minutes after it. When you arrive, follow the signs to the Elves’ Village and then to “Photos with Santa.” If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you’ll join the standby line.
