What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at Palais Mascotte Club (Theaterstrasse 10, 8001 Zürich).
How do I get to the venue?
Palais Mascotte Club is located in the Mühle Tiefenbrunnen cultural area. Tiefenbrunnen station and the stops for tram lines 2 and 4 are right next to the area. Public parking is available. Tram 2 and 4 or bus 33 to Wildbachstrasse or Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible 45 minutes before the show starts. However, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is taking photos or filming allowed?
Taking photos without flash is permitted during the show, but filming is not. However, for the best possible experience for you and all other guests, we recommend taking photos only at the end during the curtain call, so that everyone can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and entering "Bringing a service animal" as the subject.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Does the venue have restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are available. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our on-site staff.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A and Balcony. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Free ticket for carers".
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket will be validated contactlessly in the Fever app, so there is no need to print it.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the account you used to purchase the tickets. If you can't find your ticket, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I still get into the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive in good time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, if you have any further questions, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
