Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts, subject to availability. Contact support quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, a free companion pass is available on request, with supporting documentation, once you've bought your own ticket.
What ticket types are available?
There are four categories based on view quality: A (excellent view), B (good view), C (average view) and D (limited view).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
By tram (line 3, Musées stop), bike (EuroVelo 6), car (A35/A36 motorways), train (TER/TGV), or via Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport.
How long does the experience last?
Around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No food or drink is available on site.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
