Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same account you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your ticket. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds will be given, except for Flexible Refund tickets.
What is a Flexible Refund ticket?
Some events offer Flexible Refund tickets, which let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. Requests must be made up to 48 hours before the experience starts and need no supporting documents — just contact us. The ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and latecomers will not be admitted.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food or drinks be available?
No, no refreshments will be available on site.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes, plenty of parking spaces are available near the venue.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
Yes, this event is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, contact us with all supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket (you must already hold a valid ticket to apply).
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, wheelchair-accessible seating is available, in Category C.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you during the show.

The concert takes place at Le Sémaphore - Espace Beaulieu, 9 Boulevard Vincent Gâche, 44200 Nantes.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is easily accessible by public transport, car and on foot.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat within your booked category. The concert will start on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you won't be able to enter the room.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or date), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Are the candles real flames?
No, for everyone's safety the room is lit with flameless electronic candles.
