About the venueSt Mary's In Holy Trinity
The Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, Auckland, is a stunning Anglican church with modern stained glass, including a one-of-a-kind Polynesian Christ window. The Nave is a flexible area that can hold up to 1,250 people and is used for worship and community events. The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is also on the cathedral grounds and is used for un-choral eucharists.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No, there is no food served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
The Cathedral car park has 112 spaces and is accessible from Parnell Road, behind St Mary's-in-Holy Trinity. There are parking meters at either end of the car park: rates are $6 for 4 hours or $10 for the full day, payable by paywave-enabled card. Parking hours are Monday to Sunday, 6am to midnight. Disabled parking is available in the small car park directly in front of the Cathedral on Parnell Road, and in the main car park accessed from the Parnell Road entrance.
What is the minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who require assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled parking is available in the small car park directly in front of the Cathedral on Parnell Road, and in the main car park accessed from the Parnell Road entrance. There is also an accessible bathroom in the foyer near the kitchen.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
Holy Trinity Cathedral, corner of St Stephens Ave & Parnell Rd (446 Parnell Road), Parnell, Auckland 1052. It's served by the green Inner Link and orange Outer Link bus services (stop 7194/7193 on Parnell Road) and by the 703 bus; the nearest train station is Parnell, on the Southern and Western lines, a short walk up the hill.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: Great Visibility, Zone B: Good Visibility, Zone C: Slightly Restricted Visibility, Zone D: Restricted Visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the rest of the audience, you won't be allowed to enter the show.
