Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how do I request it?
It lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed). Note that it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly in the app. For additional help, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
Around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (great visibility), Balcony (great visibility) and Zone B (good visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is ADA accessible.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Yes: guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker, once they hold a valid ticket. Please contact us for more information.
Is there food served?
No.
Is there parking available?
Yes, lot parking is available.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
