The origins of Spazio FIlippetti date back several centuries, when it was used as a warehouse to stow and duty goods coming in from Porta Romana. Today, this place rich in history offers Candlelight guests a unique experience: a true plunge into the past made even more fascinating by the magic of music and the intimate and evocative atmosphere created by the light of thousands of candles.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store). Make sure to log in with the same profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have questions, contact us quoting the ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers will not be admitted.

What ticket types are available?

Tickets are divided into Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with seats assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time.

Is food or drink available?

Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available on site.

Is parking available on site?

Unfortunately the venue has no on-site parking. We suggest getting there by public transport or sustainable alternatives (1 minute's walk from Porta Romana metro station, line M1, and from the P.ta Romana tram stop, line 9).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a free ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their caretaker. Contact us with proof of your assistance needs and we'll provide you with a code for the free companion ticket. Both tickets must be shown at check-in.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for participants' safety, all candles are flameless.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.

Can I use my phone during the show?

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.

Can I leave the concert hall during the show?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
