Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost directly from the app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your purchased zone.
Is there food or drink at the venue?
There is no food or drink available for purchase, and no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.
Is parking available?
Limited street parking is available across the street on N Oak Park Ave. Several parking lots are available along Lake Street, just west of the venue. We recommend arriving early to secure parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information after your purchase.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Arts Center of Oak Park (Free Church) is not ADA compliant. Guests will need to go up a flight of stairs to access the performance space. Please contact hello@feverup.com or the venue directly if you have any questions.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
