Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live musical experience to stunning venues, lit by a sea of candles. At Fundação Luzamor de Maringá, a string quartet performs Christmas Classics: traditional holiday melodies, pop Christmas hits and movie themes, to celebrate Christmas with live music.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
We recommend arriving a little before your session time so you can get in without any trouble. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the ticket types?
Half-price, Entrada Social and Full price, in each zone. Each zone has a different price, depending on the proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: all tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or via email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the entire experience is entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant or support professional. After purchasing your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students; senior citizens; people with special needs (PNE) and their companion; low-income youth; teachers from state and municipal public schools (preschool, elementary, and high school levels); poll workers; bone marrow donors; and organ donors (AEDO). All of these people must present a document proving this status. Otherwise, they will not be able to use the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, with no proof required. It includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken at the moments indicated by our musicians, with screen brightness low and no flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you won't be able to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of participants, all candles are LED.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
