How long does the experience last?

The trail is about one mile around the Garden, and you should allow at least 90 minutes. It's self-paced, so take your time, take photos, and enjoy the lights.

What is the weather policy?

This event is rain or shine. If weather poses a safety risk, a cancellation decision is made by 2 p.m. that day and guests are notified by email with rebooking details.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance via the “Change date and/or time” option in the Fever app, subject to a rebooking fee. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, tickets can be transferred for free using the “Transfer Tickets” option on your ticket in the Fever app.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

This experience is held outdoors, so dress in comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Parking passes can be bought in advance online for the best price, or on-site on a first-come, first-served basis at a higher rate. Cash isn't accepted, and ride-share drop-offs don't need a pass.

Will food and beverage be available on site?

Yes, multiple concession stands along the trail sell seasonal food, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Credit or debit cards only.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The trail has some slight inclines, declines, and uneven surfaces, so we recommend bringing assistance. Wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, and canes are all welcome.

Will there be strobe lights?

Some installations include flashing lights, but there is no strobe lighting.

Is this event appropriate for young children?

Yes, it's a holiday event for all ages. Children under two enter free with a ticket-holding adult.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, feel free to take photos and videos, just avoid blocking pathways. Tripods, monopods, drones, and props aren't allowed, and photos/videos can't be used commercially.
