🍷 Special Tastings:
-
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Touriga Nacional: Without Oak, With Time
In this special tasting, Touriga Nacional will be put to the test of time. Through a vertical tasting of different vintages from Quinta do Escudial, we will discover how one of Portugal's most emblematic grape varieties evolves, exploring the changes in its aromas, structure, and elegance over the years. A rare opportunity to understand the expression and aging potential of Touriga Nacional from Dão, without the influence of oak, on a journey through different years of this producer's history.
-
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Double PR: A Quarter of a Century Interpreting the Douro
To celebrate this quarter of a century, we have prepared a Special Tasting that brings together wines from Duplo PR and the producers it accompanies, on a journey through different terroirs, interpretations, and vintages. A unique opportunity to discover the many expressions of the Douro,
understand the influence of different origins and winemaking approaches, and revisit 25 years of stories, challenges, and wines that help tell the evolution of one of Portugal's most fascinating wine regions.
-
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM | From Mountain to Vineyard: Harmonizing Serra da Estrela Cheese and Wine
This will be a unique experience at Enóphilo Wine Fest: a tasting that will explore the sensory power of pairing wine and cheese, one of the most celebrated enogastronomic combinations of all time. In partnership with the award-winning Serra da Estrela cheese brand, Queijaria do Armindo, whose Serra da Estrela Cheese was elected Best Cheese in Portugal at the World Cheese Awards 2025-26, we bring our participants an exclusive moment where some of Portugal's best wines will be paired with Serra da Estrela cheese, shedding new light on this classic cheese and wine combination.
