What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis according to your selected section.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, use Google Lens or a third-party QR scanner app. Staff can help if needed.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Yes, guests requiring assistance can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant. Contact us; once received, we'll send a voucher for the free carer ticket. Both tickets must be shown together at entry.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance via the 'Tickets' section of the app, or by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, at no additional cost via 'Transfer tickets' in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID for further assistance.
