Where is the experience taking place?
The concert will be held at Buffalo AKG Art Museum (1285 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14222), in The Lipsey Auditorium. Follow the signs and staff directions from the parking lot to the auditorium.
What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into Front Row, Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C, based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the type of ticket purchased.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I request a ticket for my personal assistant or carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us, and we will provide a voucher you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID, or check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for the "Change date and/or time" button, if enabled. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information. If you purchased the Flexible cancellation add-on, different rules apply — check its own FAQs.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, including your ticket order number.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started; we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your zone in time.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an ADA-compliant, accessible venue.
Will food and drinks be available?
Beverages and light bites will be available for purchase at the museum's restaurant, Cornelia, before the event. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the auditorium.
Is there parking available?
On-street parking is available along Lincoln Parkway (watch for accessible spots and posted signage). Paid parking is also available in the AKG Parking Garage ($12 for the first 3 hours, $2 per additional hour); the garage has a step-free, wheelchair-accessible exit via elevator.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
Can I take photos or record video during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode for the entire performance.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way — a change of location or a postponement — we'll notify you by email in advance.
