Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — only a date/time change up to 24 hours before is permitted.

The concert lasts about 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; no entry is possible once the concert has begun.

Guests who need support throughout the experience can request one free ticket for their personal assistant. After purchasing your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents.
