About the show
What is Tarot Sessions, and what can I expect?
An 80-minute group reading led by a professional reader inside Stan Mansion. The evening unfolds through collective readings, a beginner's three-card reading, and the chance to become the Reader yourself, all with themed cocktails in hand. No Tarot experience needed.
Is Tarot Sessions a tarot consultation?
No. Tarot Sessions is an evening of interactive entertainment, designed to be inspiring, playful, educational and welcoming. No experience or belief required, just your curiosity and an open mind.
Do I have to go on stage?
No. Guests are chosen at random for live readings, as well as to try reading the cards themselves, and participation is always voluntary.
Do I purchase the drinks on-site?
No, all four cocktails are included in the price. Mocktail options can be requested on-site.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The show is presented in English.
Are the seats numbered?
No. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, just show your Fever ticket in the app or via confirmation email on arrival.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are available. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. Contact Fever support to request a change.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or feverup.com before you arrive.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. For additional help, contact support with your order number.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, select a group ticket on the event page when booking. For private or large group sessions, email ssi_global@feverup.com.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome with free admission on presentation of appropriate documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card with +1 category). The guest requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The Carlyle is a wheelchair accessible venue.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this event is 21+. Valid ID will be required at the door.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 20 minutes before the start time. No late entry is permitted: arriving after the show begins will mean you cannot join.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos without flash and record short clips of the experience.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes. No other pets or animals are permitted inside the venue.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
No, outside food and beverages are not permitted. There is an on-site bar available throughout the evening.
