What is Twisted Tarot and what can I expect?
A professional tarot reader and a live comedian share the same stage for 75 minutes. Audience volunteers opt in for a real reading on stage. The comedian reacts to every card, every silence. At the end, the comedian sits down — and the tarot reader turns the cards on them. No script. No exit.
What language is the show in?
The show is presented in English.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Yes — your ticket includes 1 cocktail. Additional beverages can be purchased from the on-site bar.
Are seats numbered?
No — seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within your zone. Doors open 30 minutes before the show.
Will there be strobe lights?
No — there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes — guests are welcome to take photos and/or record during the show.
Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — just show your Fever ticket via the app or your confirmation email at the door.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are available. Exchanges to other dates/times are permitted up to 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability. Contact Fever support to change your ticket.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes — select a group ticket on the event page. For private or large group sessions, email ssi_global@feverup.com.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes — free ticket transfers are available. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App, or contact Fever support with your order number.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No — all tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or at feverup.com. Tickets are not sold at the door.
How do I book a ticket for a carer?
Carers are welcome with free admission on presentation of appropriate documentation (DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access Card, etc.). The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.

When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Late entry is not permitted as it would disrupt the experience for other guests.
Is there parking on site?
There is no on-site parking at The Den Theatre.
Are service animals allowed?
Service animals are welcome. No other pets or animals are permitted.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No — outside food or beverages are not permitted at the venue.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No — smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
