About the venueThe Egg - Swyer Theatre

The Egg is located at the historic Empire State Plaza in Albany, the State Capital of NYC. Before capping off your day with an evening concert at The Egg, plan on viewing many of the area attractions within walking distance. Start at the Empire State Plaza Visitors Center to see what special events may be scheduled, and allow time to visit the NYS Museum, the historic NYS Capitol Building, and the Empire State Plaza Art Collection or check out the view from the Corning Tower Observation Deck.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except for Flexible Refund Tickets, which can be returned up to 48 hours before the experience for a full refund.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone.

Is there food or drink available?

No food will be served, and outside food or beverages are not allowed inside the venue.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is an underground parking garage connected to Empire State Plaza (the V-Lot). Street parking and the Empire State Plaza Visitor Parking Lot are also nearby options.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Zone A is ADA compliant. Swyer Theatre is located inside The Egg at Empire State Plaza.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
