• Tomato mix with watermelon and melon, gazpacho sauce and aromatic herbs
• Traditional steak tartar of sirloin beef
• Crispy octopus with potato, artichokes, asparagus and paprika oil
• Liver terrine with salted aromatic herbs, mandarine reduction and brioche bread

Mains

• Beef sirloin with fried spinach, baked potatoes and Périgueux sauce
• Grilled bass with baked potatoes, rice foam and tomato sauce balanced in citric perfection
• Grilled red tuna with asparagus salad, cherry tomatoes and soy sauce
• Rice in squid ink with crispy calamares, aubergine, spring onions, brava sauce and homemade mayonnaise

Description
La Imprenta Grand Café brings a touch of Parisian cosmopolitanism to a quaint, cobbled Street corner in the heart of Ibiza Town. It's located in a fully-refurbished neoclassical palace from the 18th century which has been exquisitely decorated.
