Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. You don't need to print anything, just show your ticket from your smartphone at the venue. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for Zones A, B, C and D. If you're attending together and all hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit together with friends.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us in that case, quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes, with doors opening 30 minutes beforehand. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be seated within your zone. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?
Plenty of parking is available nearby at the P1 Poststraße and P17 Stadtbücherei car parks. From the "Poststraße" bus stop, the Frauenbad is just a short walk away.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free companion ticket. Please purchase your own ticket first and then send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please fill in the relevant form.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
