The Temple of the Madeleine is one of the oldest churches in Geneva. The first traces of a place of worship on this site date back to Roman times. Rebuilt in the 15th century after a fire, the church adopted its current Gothic style. In the Middle Ages, its parish was among the wealthiest in the city. Transformed during the Reformation, it became a Protestant temple with a sober and refined style.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted.

What if I have a flexible refundable ticket?

You can request a full refund of your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, by contacting us. No documentation is required. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.

What ticket types are there?

Category A (excellent visibility), Category B (good visibility), Category C (average visibility) and Category D (limited visibility).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

This event is for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for a free pass for your carer. Contact us with supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
