About the venueEspace Madeleine / Temple de la Madeleine
The Temple of the Madeleine is one of the oldest churches in Geneva. The first traces of a place of worship on this site date back to Roman times. Rebuilt in the 15th century after a fire, the church adopted its current Gothic style. In the Middle Ages, its parish was among the wealthiest in the city. Transformed during the Reformation, it became a Protestant temple with a sober and refined style.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your original ticket. If you'd like to make a change and meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refund will be given for the change. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds aren't allowed unless you purchased a flexible refundable ticket, which is only available for select events.
What different ticket types are available?
Category A (excellent visibility), Category B (good visibility), Category C (average visibility), Category D (poor visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This event is open to guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Bus: Rive, Molard and Cathédrale stops. Metro: Rive and Molard stops.

Yes, nearby parking is available at Pont du Mont-Blanc and Rive Centre.

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, quoting your ticket order number.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caretaker?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caretaker. Contact us with the relevant supporting documents once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying).
What are flexible refundable tickets?
Flexible refundable tickets, only available for select events, let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund of my flexible ticket?
You can request a refund of your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another user. No documents are required, just contact us here to request your refund.
