Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. For more information, check our T&Cs.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Best Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), and Balcony (Good Visibility). Seats are assigned first come, first served within the zone you purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Stone Chapel at Drury University, 900 N Benton Ave, Springfield, MO 65802.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by the #3 and #22 bus routes and is located right off Hwy 44.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No, there will not be any food or drinks available.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is there parking available?
Guests can use Lot 1, near the corner of Central Street and Drury Lane (behind the C.H. Chub O'Reilly Enterprise Center). If additional parking is needed, use Lot 6 on Benton Ave, behind Central High School.
Does this venue have disability access?
The ground floor is ADA accessible, but the balcony is only reachable by stairs. For any questions, please contact us at hello@feverup.com.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
An optional add-on offering a printed, polaroid-style photo taken in a designated area before the show (the photo session closes 10 minutes before the concert starts). You'll receive a QR code by email to show the photographer; refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
