Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed outside of what's stated in our T&Cs.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last, and is it indoors or outdoors?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes and takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

First Row: Premium Visibility, Zone A: Great Visibility, and Zone B: Good Visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there food or drink available?
There is no food or beverage allowed or available for purchase at this venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it's not required. This policy is subject to change.
