What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Balcony (great visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change your ticket, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take more than 10 days to appear on your statement. If you bought your tickets using a voucher, you will find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You will receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.

How do I get to the venue?
You can drive to the venue or take public transport. The closest train stop is Damen (Blue Line) and the closest bus stop is Damen & Schiller (bus 50).
Is there food or drink at the venue?
There is no food or drink available, and outside food and drink are not permitted inside the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You will have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo online together with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect yours at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind guests about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show that I purchased the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue to have your picture taken.
Can I get a refund for the photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for the photo you purchased.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
