👶 Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller.
🚶 Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness.
🍼 Specialized infant seats are available.
🚭 Smoking is not allowed on the tour vehicle. It is only permitted during breaks and only in designated smoking areas.
🚉 Public transportation options are available nearby.
🛑 Drinking alcohol and using or carrying drugs are not allowed on the vehicle or during the tour. If any of this is noticed, you will be forcibly removed from the tour, even while it is in progress.
👶 Minimum age is 3 years old.
🚐 Van tour option uses a van with a small group tour (max of 12 people).
⏳ Depending on the weather and/or traffic conditions, the arrival time might be delayed. No refund nor offer any compensation will be made in case this impacts any plans after the tour.
🌧️ This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date. In case one or more of the attractions are closed due to poor weather, a partial refund will be made.
🪜 Lower Antelope Canyon has some ladders with safety handrails.
👥 This tour requires a minimum number of participants. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/time/tour or a full refund.
🌞 In the summertime, you will hike 1.5 miles round trip (2.4 km) in extreme heat without shade at Horseshoe Bend. Temperature sometimes gets around 100F (38C).
📅 The tour schedule may change depending on traffic and other conditions. In such cases, no compensation will be made.
🇯🇵 If you’d like a Japanese-speaking guide, please understand that availability is limited, and we may not always be able to arrange one—especially for last-minute bookings. If that’s the case, an English-speaking guide will take care of you instead. We’ll let you know in advance if this happens.
📜 The U.S. National Park Service has announced a policy change regarding national park entrance fees. Starting January 1, 2026, an additional entrance fee of USD 100 per person will apply to non-U.S. residents when entering U.S. national parks. Please note that payment may be required on the day of the tour, so all guests are required to bring a valid credit card. U.S. residents may be asked to present proof of residency at the park entrance. Please bring a passport, U.S. driver’s license, or other official government-issued identification.
