Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, Premium Visibility; Zone B, Great Visibility; and Zone C, Good Visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, as late entry is not permitted.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change your ticket, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you bought your tickets with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. Keep in mind that this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience.

Is there parking available?

Is there food served?
There will be no food or beverages available at this venue. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue, except water.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
