Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signed in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in Zones A, B, and C. Zone A seats are closest to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before showtime, and no entry is possible once the show has started.
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended, as onsite parking is limited. From Orcutt Road, turn onto La Lomita Way and follow the access road to the back of the property, where the guest parking lot is. From there, walk through the barn to reach the Pavilion, where the show is held.
Is there parking available?
There's a free parking lot onsite, but spaces are limited — we recommend carpooling and arriving early.
Is there food and beverages served?
Wine and snacks are available onsite for an additional cost, sold as a package.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals — contact us in advance if you plan to bring one.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up — all sales are final.
