Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. With that add-on, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the show (no documentation needed); refunds are for the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee, and the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink allowed?

No food is served, but water is allowed.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available on Quadra Street, Burdett Avenue, and Rockland Avenue, as well as at the Cathedral's south entrance off Burdett.

The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
