What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available at the venue?

No food is available at the venue, but Hahn Hall does have wine available for purchase.

How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?

Driving or rideshare is recommended. There is ample parking available onsite at no extra charge.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You'll need to hold a valid ticket of your own first; once you have it, contact us for more information.

Yes, there are ADA-accessible seats available in Zone D.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
