Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to make your purchase; your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free by tapping "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help, and include your ticket order number.

Can I change the date/time of my ticket, or get a refund?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or by using the "Exchange date and/or time" option in the "Tickets" section of the app if available. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket?

A Flexible Cancellation add-on can be purchased separately, allowing you to cancel your ticket for a refund if requested up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

Are tickets available for purchase at the venue?

No, tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?

This optional paid package offers a personalized photo session in a specially designated area before the concert, with a single instant print in a Polaroid-style keepsake. Photos can also be purchased on site (credit card only, subject to availability), though online buyers get priority. You can select your preferred shot before it's printed and collect it at the exit; photos not collected before leaving cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or stored for later.

What is the "Candles 3-Pack" add-on?

This optional paid package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of Candlelight. Items purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event; all Candle 3-Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show; please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone, as no entry is permitted once it starts.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I have a ticket for a carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here for a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?

Unfortunately, no food or beverages will be available for purchase at this event.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Pets are not allowed at this event, though service animals are welcome.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
