What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the concert starts. To do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket (available for selected events), you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return a flexible refund ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Please note: a ticket that has been transferred to another person is not eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the concert take place?
At the Zunfthaus zur Meisen, Münsterhof 20, 8001 Zurich, in the Piano Nobil hall on the 1st floor.
How do I get to the venue?
From Zurich Hauptbahnhof (HB): take tram lines 6, 7, 11 or 13 to Paradeplatz, from where it's about a 3 minute walk to the Zunfthaus zur Meisen. From Stadelhofen station: about a 10 minute walk along the Limmat to Münsterhof 20.
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks catering is available on site. Food is not offered.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available?
There is only limited, paid parking available in the immediate vicinity of the Zunfthaus zur Meisen. Recommended car parks nearby are Parkhaus Hohe Promenade, Parkhaus Urania and Parkhaus Utoquai.
Can I take photos or film during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash, once announced by the musicians.

Can I leave the hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time and all guests must be seated beforehand. No entry will be possible once the concert has started.
How will I find out about changes or cancellations?
We'll let you know about any changes or cancellations by email, sent to the address you used when buying your ticket.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
