Le Roi Music Hall, founded in 1922, has been a magical place in the nights of Turin for over 100 years. A venue that has entered the history of the city and has hosted some greats of Italian music and beyond, now offers concerts, events, and dance nights.

What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats are not assigned. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Biglietto standard. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy a ticket on-site on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on-site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who require assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. If you need a ticket for your companion, please contact us. We will provide you with a voucher code that you can use to purchase the free ticket for your companion/carer (subject to availability). Please keep in mind that both your ticket and your companion's ticket must be shown on the day of the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and on time, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe light effects.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is near Torino Dora station. It can be reached by several GTT bus lines and by car.
Are food and beverages available for purchase on-site?
Before the show, you will be able to purchase beverages to enjoy during the show. Food will not be available, nor may it be brought into the hall.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The main hall is on the ground floor, where there are no architectural barriers. However, there are no lifts to access the balcony.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, the venue has restrooms; you can ask our on-site staff for directions. There are no restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. The building is protected by the Fine Arts authority of Turin (Belle Arti di Torino) as a work by Molino, so architectural modifications that would allow the installation of a dedicated restroom are not permitted.
Is there parking on-site?
There is a public car park near the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Is entry allowed once the show has started?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will not be allowed to enter the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket; it will be validated via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
